Nearly There

The next show is nearly with us and there are one or two bits and pieces to put into our minds – here they are in roughly chronological order.

Raffle – David Grey (01264 356253) is still standing by to receive any more raffle prizes you are able to donate!

Props and Costumes – please bring all props and costumes to the technical rehearsal week-end (3 rd & 4 th Nov) so we don't get caught out at the last minute.

After Show - we will be having our usual ‘after Saturday's show' party finishing any remaining food and wine (extra wine and beer can be purchased at cost). Sometimes we have collected £2 a head to help towards the cost of this but I need to speak to the caterers to see if this will be necessary.

After Show Party – once again we hope to sit and enjoy the video of the two plays and the evening will be the usual ‘bring a bottle' and ‘bring a plate of food'.

Christmas in Clatford – rehearsal dates are shown below although Suzanne is not available for the first one. I plan to ask her to pop up at another time to go through the music. Can mince pie providers please contact Lynn (01264 365369) to let her know how many you will be bringing.

Christmas Party – I've handed menus to most people (please let me know if you haven't got one) and ask you to fill them in and return them to me. The price - £20 per head. We will pass the hat round for gratuities at the end of the meal. There will be no arrangements for drinks kitties so please get your own!

Forest Forge Project – you may remember I mentioned this project a couple of weeks ago and we agreed it might be fun and we would give it a go. For those who have email – I have attached the background info from Forest Forge. The next step is to collect names of those who would like to take part (please note that dates of workshops etc). If you are available would you like to let me know (ta).
