Upwards and Onwards
Sailing away from the shores of Casablanca we are looking forward to what is up and coming in the near future.
August Bank Holiday Monday - Village Fete
We are planning to run the same stalls as last year - 'Wheel of Fortune' and 'Find Your Way'. We start to set up at 10.30 and Monday morning and run into the Fete which starts earlier this year at 1pm. There'll be food stalls available for anyone who wants to buy their lunch on site. Can I ask for as much help as possible both in the morning and running the stalls in the afternoon as Chris is still suffering a bit with his back - thanks.

You can see from the list of CADS Dates at the end of this Newsletter that our new season starts Friday 1 st September. Sharon has been scribbling away and is currently in Croatia putting the master plot onto paper. To expand certain parts of the show we are going to do the same sort of thing we did with 'Lobsters'. That is to have some workshop sessions to create one or two scenes - more on this when we meet.
Christmas in Clatford
Once again we are going to run with the same format as it seems that it is very popular with the village. We are always looking to vary the items of the evening so if you have or can find any new or unusual Christmas readings or songs/carols please let Alwyn know.
Christmas Party
The Royal Oak has been booked for 15 th December and, as voted for at the last meeting, we have requested the traditional Christmas dinner.
